If you want to take part in the 10p for each friend you bring to BeRuby promotion, but you don’t know how to invite your friends, here’s a quick guide.

Now, you can choose from two options.

First, you can write an invitation email from your own email box and simply copy and paste your special link (this lets us know that you invited the new member) into the email.

Secondly, you can put your friend’s email addresses into the blank box and then send our default invitation message (you may edit this message if you’d like), then press the send button. Don’t worry, we don’t store these email addesses anywhere and we promise not to send them any other mail!

Once your friends have registered and confirmed their account (and they meet the necessary requirements of the promotion) you will be in line for your 10p. Remember, all payments for this promotion will be given in early March, after we have the grand totals.

BeRuby Links

First and foremost, to be eligible to earn any money for your purchase, you MUST use the links on the BeRuby page. When you click on these links and purchase (register/click) something, the advertiser recognizes that you are from BeRuby and pays us a commission, which we share with you. This is very important because if you use any other link the advertiser will not pay us.

It is easy to use our links to get to your favorite stores. Simply search for them in BeRuby, check out the Directory, or click the Advertisers tab.

How do I know how much money I will earn when I buy something through BeRuby?

The amount of money you can earn from visiting, registering or purchasing through BeRuby can be seen below:

Notice the circled area. This number tells you the amount of the purchase you can earn back. It is important to click on this number, as it will explain any terms and conditions.

Another item to mention is that in the circle you see the word “shop” this means that you will receive this commission when you make a purchase. Other commissions may fall under the “Visit” or “Register” category.

What should I expect once I’ve completed a purchase (registration or click)?

Once you have completed an action (purchase, registration or click) it will take 2 days to show up on your account under the estimated list. It will remain estimated until the advertiser pays us. This time depends on the advertiser.

You can check your balance at any time by clicking on the “My Balance” tab in your BeRuby account. After 2 days if a transaction has not appeared in your account, you are welcome to make a claim. Please include all requested information so that we can expidite your claim as quickly as possible. Additionally,  please make sure you followed all terms and conditions listed by the advertiser and that you used the links provided on BeRuby to navigate to the Advertiser’s website.

Do you have friends in Germany? Your brother is studying in Paris? Do not forget all this as it is important to expand your network in other countries.

And remember, as BeRuby user can also register in all countries but do not live in them.

How do I invite my friends?

Use the handy Invite tab found on your BeRuby account.  Simply enter your friend’s email addresses (separate them with a comma please!) in the space provided. You can use the default message provided, or erase it and write your own.

Besides sharing the benefits of BeRuby with your friends and earning £5, you will also earn commissions from their activity with BeRuby.

Here’s an example. Let’s say your friend Jane purchases a plane ticket. If she earns a commission of £6.00, you will earn half, £3.00. » No double accounts may be created. We can track fraudulent accounts, so please do not risk losing your original account.
» You may be living outside of the UK, but the friends you bring to BeRuby must reside in the UK to count towards the £5.00.
» The invited person must register themselves and confirm the account.
» £1.00 will be given for only the first 5 new members of your network.
» Promotion valid through  30 November 2009.
» Any earnings will be added to your account  at the end of the month.
